Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes All orders are delivered within 2–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. (if it applies)

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
